An appointment is not required to visit our offices, but we do offer appointments for some of our services if you prefer to plan ahead. A driver license or alien number will be required at the time of booking.
Services Available
Vehicle Inspections
A physical VIN inspection is required for all out of state titles or vehicles previously registered out of state. Your vehicle must be present for this inspection. Inspections for customers of our Downtown office are performed at the County Center’s loading dock on Morgan Street between Kennedy Boulevard and Jackson Street. You will need to move your vehicle to the loading dock for inspection. For your convenience, you can park in the public parking garage located at 319 N. Pierce St. The garage entrance is on Jackson Street, and it exits onto Pierce Street. The first hour of parking in the garage is free.
